Booking, Payment and Cancellation Terms

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 70% of the total amount is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival/safari date.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival/safari entitle the guest to a refund of 50% of the total booking value.

• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival/safari are non-refundable.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering cancellations and unforeseen events.

Weather, Operational Conditions and Force Majeure

Activities are subject to weather, environmental conditions, and operational safety requirements. The itinerary may be adjusted to ensure safety and the best possible experience.

If an activity is cancelled due to weather or conditions, we reserve the right to refund the activity cost or offer a comparable alternative.

In the event that circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to technical issues, illness, extreme weather, or safety-related restrictions) prevent the operation as agreed, all payments will be refunded in full, unless the guest accepts an alternative product or rescheduled date, in which case no refund will apply.
