Conditions for booking and payment

When you confirm our offer, you will receive an invoice which should be paid, before we can confirm your booking. Should you choose to cancel any time up until 2 weeks prior to your booked safari, 50% of your payment will be refunded.  Should you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your safari, no refund will be issued.

Based on the above, we recommend that you buy travel insurance that will cover such eventualities.

If circumstances beyond our control prevent the vessel from operating as agreed, for example: technical problems, illness, extreme weather, etc., which entail that the vessel cannot operate according to our safety requirements, your payment will be refunded in full.

Should you accept an alternative product or delivery date, due to the above mentioned, there will naturally be no refund.
